Note:

  • Resetting your app or browser will log you out of any active Notion accounts. Make sure you have your login information handy so you can sign back in after resetting!

  • Not seeing your menu bar? On Windows, you may have to press alt to see it appear.

重置 Notion 桌面版

若要重置 Notion 桌面版：

  1. 在设备菜单栏中选择 视图 → 强制重新加载。

  2. 在菜单栏中选择 帮助 → 故障排除 → 重置并清除所有本地数据。

  3. 关闭 Notion，然后：

    • 在 Mac 上：打开访达，然后在菜单栏中选择 前往 → 前往文件夹。输入 /Users/，然后删除 Notion。

    • 在 Windows 上：在文件资源管理器中，转到 C:\\Users\\，然后删除 Notion。

  4. 请再次在 https://notion.com/download 下载桌面应用。

If you’re getting an error message when trying to delete Notion, make sure of the following:

  • You’ve quit the Notion app completely (it’s not running in the background or system tray).

  • There are no Notion processes running in Task Manager.

Then, try deleting the app again.

重置网页版 Notion

Chrome 和 Microsoft Edge

  1. 使用 Mac 的 cmd + option + i 或 Windows 的 ctrl + shift + i 打开开发者工具。

  2. 在打开开发者工具的情况下，右键点击浏览器中的刷新按钮。

  3. 选择 清空缓存并硬刷新。

  4. 在开发者工具中，转到 Application 并展开左侧的 Cookies。

  5. 右键点击 Notion 链接并选择 清除。

Safari

  1. 打开系统菜单栏中的 Safari 菜单，然后选择 偏好设置。

  3. 找到并选择 Notion，然后选择 全部移除。

Firefox

在 URL 左侧，选择 🔒 → 清除 Cookie 和网站数据 → 移除。

重置 Notion 移动应用

若要重置 Notion 移动应用，只需从你的设备中删除该应用并重新安装即可。别担心丢失 Notion 数据——它们会同步到你的帐号！
